We teamed up with the University of Cincinnati to develop concept design studies for a future academic building. Our team formed several solutions to test out the objectives of the university’s long-term master plan.
The concept design studies for the new four-story, 75,000 square-foot academic and administration building, includes college network services, IT, classrooms, teaching labs, conference rooms, offices, and the office of the dean. The building is also designed to meet the required criteria for LEED-NC Silver certification.
