We partnered with Swarthmore College to deliver a campus lodging facility that would serve as the college’s gateway and gathering place for visitors, alumni, and the community.
The three-story building features a 40-guestroom boutique inn, 100-seat restaurant, campus bookstore, banquet room, and meeting space. Our design reflects the college’s Quaker traditions and complements the surrounding village architecture.
Our site plan re-routes the campus access roadway, presenting a dignified campus gateway flanked by athletic fields and landscaped parking alongside the historic Swarthmore regional rail station.
