The six-story structural pre-cast Medical Office Building was designed to fit into a very small existing campus while still being pedestrian friendly. The 96,000 SF office building has leasable office space and features external circulation colonnades. The project also includes a 600-car parking garage. The first floor is occupied by outpatient services, with OR Ambulatory Surgical Center on the second floor. Private physicians offices are located on the upper floors. The parking garage offers direct links into the building and the hospital.
