We worked with Rock Row to create a transformative mixed-use development positioned around a rock quarry just outside of Portland, Maine. The goal was to create an inviting guest experience, completely unique to its treasured, natural surroundings. Inspired by our work for Avalon, the award-winning mixed-use development in Alpharetta, Georgia, Rock Row encompasses everything consumers look for in a retail and entertainment destination.
The vibrant village combines retail, healthy urban living, modern workplaces, hotels, and diverse entertainment and dining. One of the significant perks for the community is the walkability and proximity to transit and recreational trails. The development unites surrounding communities and ignites energy with placemaking, unique programming, and celebrating natural beauty.
Rock Row will be the largest mixed-use development in the state with endless options for locals and tourists and serves as a model for other large-scale retail centers across the nation.
