Our long-standing partnership with Panattoni Development teaming up on several speculative warehouse and distribution facilities spans more than a decade. For the DCG One project, Panattoni Development challenged us to reinvent a former sorting and distribution facility into DCG One’s Seattle offices. The goal was to create a smart, lean, creative, and contemporary environment that would reflect the printing company’s forward thinking.
Our team reimagined the facility, originally permitted as a speculative warehouse, by inserting a 20,000 square-foot mezzanine, offering strategic space planning solutions, and transforming 30,000 square feet of administrative and clean production space.
