The new property owners sought to boldly restore and revitalize the image of their amenity spaces, lobby, elevator areas, and overall infrastructure—inside and out. They aimed to elevate the tenant experience while modernizing the property’s appeal. To achieve this, NELSON Worldwide embraced the existing architecture and introduced innovative structural elements within a large pedestrian pass-through area. This space was transformed from a simple corridor of movement into a vibrant destination, characterized by versatile structures that cater to various users and functions.
By utilizing modular systems, the design incorporated meeting hubs, social spaces, and work areas, creating a dynamic environment for interaction and productivity. Once neglected, this space is now a memorable gathering area that balances work and social needs, while infusing the energy of the property through the intentional use of color, form, and design continuity.
