Our team was challenged to renovate Jefferson Station, once an abandoned grocery store, from an outdated building to a revitalized police precinct and public library, making a significant improvement to the community. We collaborated with multiple stakeholders to meet the needs of multiple city departments with one cohesive and effective design solution.
The result is a multi-purpose facility with distinct space for community meetings, a public library, and a police station in a single development.
