Our partnership with Horseshoe Casino boasts two substantial projects including their Baltimore and Cleveland locations. For the Cleveland location, we were tasked with helping Horseshoe achieve their vision of delivering a facility that would blend into the existing environment in the heart of downtown as a true urban casino.
Occupying four floors of the historic 13-story Higbee Building, the 300,000 square-foot project features 96,000 square feet of around-the-clock Las Vegas-style gaming action, a World Series of Poker Room, a 400-seat buffet, two bars, a three-outlet food court, back of house functions and an executive office suite for the owner’s business operations. The design and function of the casino blends the historical nature of the building with the latest energy efficient technologies.
The entire facility is now rebranded and updated to incorporate JACK Entertainment’s image and standards.
