We were challenged with developing a long-lasting, high-end facility in Dupont, Washington that was flexible and adaptable for future growth. With the logistics center residing in an established industrial park with prominent neighbors such as Amazon and FedEx, the goal was to attract similar tenants.
The building, one of the first 36-foot clear spaces in the Puget Sound market, is densely landscaped with old-growth oaks and boasts full concrete truck courts, parking, and drive aisles for very low maintenance and a high level of durability.
The structure represents a modern-day, innovative warehouse driven by e-commerce demands and maximizes productivity with higher clear heights and more office space than typical warehouses.
