As one of the leading Real Estate Investment Trusts in the country, Essex Property Trust wanted to align their growing portfolio with modern-day design elements. Our design team worked hand-in-hand with Essex to revamp multiple multifamily properties, including Corbella at Juanita Bay, Bel Air, Pinnacle, and The Hallie. The design includes new amenities spaces including fitness centers, lobbies, lounges, and cafe areas. The facilities were in need of spaces for community engagement spaces that could be adapted in diverse ways for a variety of uses. The designs were formulated to inspire patrons to not only interact with the spaces, but each other as well.
