Columbia Sussex was experiencing explosive growth in both the hotel and casino portions of their business. They were in desperate need of new a headquarters to accommodate their business expansion. We partnered with the company to design their new space in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. The goal was to create a bold, iconic environment that better represented their brand.
Prominently located on a 50-acre hillside, Columbia Sussex stands proud, as a visual beacon from the major interstate below. Its interior boasts an elaborate curtain wall with dramatic lighting and a spectacular rooftop conference facility. Smaller windows facing south and larger windows to the north maximize energy efficiency, while allowing for light to shine into the open office space. The environment is now warm and inviting, and truly showcases their bold personality.
