Chattahoochee Technical College – Veterans Education Career Transition Resource Center

The existing Building E on the Marietta campus of Chattahoochee Technical College to create an Educational Career Transition Resource Center for Georgia Veterans. Spaces include a large Veteran’s Community Room, classroom, computer lab, career center, and support offices. The scope of work includes asbestos abatement, upgrades to the HVAC system, remediation of issues with sanitary sewer lines, interior finishes, LED lighting, and ceiling tile replacements, restroom upgrades to finishes and fixtures, exterior façade enhancements, new entry canopy, ADA building access remediation, additional ADA parking, and native landscaping.
