Chattahoochee Technical College Student Center

NELSON provided architectural and interior design services for the conversion of an auditorium into a new one-floor, 4,000 SF campus student center. This included an exterior facade renovation and student services such as registration, testing, and financial aid, as well as many other administrative departments. The redesign promotes efficiencies of services for staff, students, and faculty. The students now have campus amenities similar to other Chattahoochee campuses. The amount of as-built information was limited and unreliable; therefore, the design and construction team had to work closely to find economical solutions for unforeseen conditions.
