We partnered with Bertch Capital on a state-of-the-art industrial development in the highly sought-after Seaway submarket of Everett, Washington called Seaway West. The goal was to develop the two, 30-foot clear industrial buildings to offer flexibility for tenant layouts.
The buildings are situated to take advantage of the natural grades, and main entries are designed to maximize visibility from the street. The board-formed concrete entry towers give a natural look, helping the structures fit into the heavily forested surrounding area.
Second-story windows provide maximum flexibility for tenants should they require a mezzanine. Panel offsets and building setbacks were utilized in conjunction with steel accent channels and canopies to provide interest and movement and ensure there were no stretches of any long, blank facades.
