NELSON provided Architect of Record services for this Fitwel-certified building and garage, working closely with Design Architect, SITIO. 3720 Chestnut Street is a multi-family mixed-use residential project in University City, Philadelphia. The project consists of a 427,000 GSF, 30-story tower that will house 420 apartments along with support and amenity spaces, 4,000 GSF of retail space, and underground parking for 40 vehicles and 142 bicycles. NELSON’s solution includes “Smart” living units for graduate students.
