Our design team provided renovation to the six-story building with two-story townhouse addition on 7th and 8th floors. Removing the center of this existing industrial building allows for the creation of a courtyard at the second level with access and views from surrounding units. Gadding the building in rich limestone, metal panel, and illuminated glass updates the facade. The upper-level townhouses are set back to form large, landscaped terraces and balconies. This building received the GBCA Construction Excellence Award for Best Adaptive Reuse Project.
