110 North Wacker is an iconic, Class A office tower with panoramic views of the Chicago River. Our client challenged us to create tenant amenity spaces that not only rival the most prestigious office buildings in the Windy City, but also reflect the amenities of a five-star hotel.
We planned and designed the building’s amenity spaces, totaling 50,000 square feet, including a conference area, a state-of-the-art fitness center, lounge, and lobbies. In addition, we developed concepts for the food and beverage areas on the main level.
This new office tower is a prestigious addition to Chicago’s skyline and riverfront, greatly impacting the quality of life for its tenants.
