As NELSON’s Chief People Officer, Susan is responsible for Human Resources strategy, including talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, andHR technology. With a human resources career spanning 30+ years, Susan’s leadership guides and supports our people, while driving our business strategy.  Prior to joining the firm, she held executive leadership roles with WSP Global, PwC and HNTB, where she led the America’s HR transformation, redesigning business processes and implementing an HR target operating model.  She was actively involved in the successful integration of numerous mergers and acquisitions.
