AJ brings extensive financial leadership experience and deep expertise in the AEC industry, with a strong track record of partnering with executive teams and boards on financial strategy, operational performance, and growth. AJ is deeply committed to fostering a strong culture and recognizes that our continued success depends on supporting, developing, and investing in the people who make up our organization. Prior to joining NELSON, he served as CFO at JMT, where he helped guide the firm’s growth and led key M&A initiatives. Earlier, AJ held roles with RSM. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Towson University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland.
