Representing a significant investment in modernizing justice infrastructure, this 850,000-SF, $740 million facility accommodates 1,910 Level 4 and 5 residents in a purpose-built environment prioritizing modern standards of safety and security. Executed through a CMAR delivery method, the design integrates evidence-based principles to support operational excellence and resident well-being—setting a new benchmark for the sector with spaces that strengthen rehabilitation and staff outcomes.
