Jeremy Hull Named National Practice Leader, Mixed-Use at NELSON Worldwide

We are excited to share the promotion of Jeremy Hull LEED AP to Vice President and National Practice Leader, Mixed-Use. A 17-year veteran of the firm, Jeremy has served as a Design Leader and Master Planner, helping to establish the Planning Studio within NELSON’s Mixed-Use practice. From sports-anchored developments that engage beyond game day to thoughtfully planned urban centers, NELSON’s Mixed-Use practice designs spaces that attract people year-round, fostering community connection and sustainable economic growth.
Jeremy prides himself on working in the space between the client’s vision and reality, understanding the big picture of how various components of a development fit together to create a sense of place. He will collaborate with Lamar Wakefield to continue building relationships and guiding our Mixed-Use projects, while adding his extensive expertise across a variety of projects, ranging from mixed-use to hospitality, retail, and office, to the table. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia.
Jeremy’s leadership in master planning has led to opportunities for countless projects. NELSON’s Mixed-Use practice is focused on creating dynamic destinations that enhance value. The team partners with developers to create mixed-use destinations that drive positive economic impact and resonate with communities and investors alike.
