Our legal workplace experts helped create an efficient and flexible workplace over the length of their new seven-year lease. The new office includes universal offices, collaborative spaces, reduction of interior space, better ratio of attorney to LAA staffing/layouts and a more ergonomic and financially feasible attorney, paralegal and LAA furniture that far surpassed their previous types. Larson King was able to reduce their square footage by 13,000 SF and achieve a more robust workplace.
