NELSON partnered with a confidential Financial Services Company for their Columbus, Ohio, location. This project was a 2,423 SF interior fit out of a non-typical cold, white box provided by the landlord.
We worked diligently with the client’s Store Design team and CBRE’s Project Manager to maintain brand standards in this one-off building, adapting the client’s prototype building design requirements to fit the unique shell envelope. The team was challenged with honoring the landlord’s desired exterior design while delivering a functional space acceptable to our client.
