Travelers visiting Philadelphia International Airport’s bustling Terminal B welcome the addition of Baba Bar, a Mediterranean-inspired eatery with a menu crafted by James Beard award-winning chef Michael Solomonov. The elevated yet casual restaurant features flavors and spices reminiscent of the Greek coast, perfect for a light meal before a flight. “Mezze” or small plates include a traditional selection of hummus, baba ganoush, stuffed grape leaves, Greek salads, roasted vegetables, and tabbouleh, while entrees range from skewers to kebabs.
