Located on Venice Island within the lively Manayunk section of Philadelphia, The Isle is fronted on the Schuylkill River and Canal and connects to Main Street over a newly constructed pedestrian bridge. The building is detailed with varying sized colorful panels made from contemporary materials which recall the scale of the adjacent historic mill buildings, and, with the facade designed as a series of recessed planes, the townhouse scale of Manayunk’s residential community.
