Our lasting relationship with Macy’s boasts a diverse portfolio of projects including the brand’s newest prototype and first-ever small format concept, Macy’s Small Format. The goal was to create a community-driven space to feature a carefully curated mix of traditional Macy’s brands, as well as a rotational collection of private labels, direct-to-consumer products, and local apparel and home goods.
Our design celebrates seasonal stories with flexible merchandise displays and offers multi-purpose space for programming and events. Interactive environmental graphics engage shoppers and complement the local neighborhood. Unique amenities and experiential moments make up the space, inspiring consumers to engage with others and the products as they shop.
Macy’s will expand the new concept in additional cities, and fresh, exclusive experiences authentic to the brand will be debuted at each location including a beauty shop, apothecary, and a new food and beverage concept.
