We partnered with Dorsey & Whitney, a large law firm with over 500 lawyers located across 20 offices, to update their Seattle office. The firm’s existing downtown space was dark, outdated, and in need of a transformation. After providing test fits for three relocation options, the firm decided on a stay-in-place renovation to retain their spectacular views across the city.
By demolishing walls, exposing the existing crossbeam structure, and adding more windows throughout, the 360-degree views are more visible. Lighter and brighter, modern finishes, high-end furniture, and LED light fixtures also elevate the space. The renovation provides a more sophisticated and inviting environment to welcome clients and improve the overall employee experience.
