Our team was challenged to renovate and convert 28,000 square feet of an existing probation detention center in Buchanan, Georgia into the county jail and sheriff’s office. The scope included demolition, renovation, and new construction.
The result is a 124-bed detention center with six outdoor fenced recreation yards, and a dedicated wing for the sheriff’s office. New booking, laundry, kitchen, court, and administrative areas complete the renovation.
