We transformed a dated, three-story 188,000 square-foot office building in San Jose, California into a vibrant and collaboration-focused modern workspace. The goal was to redesign the building exterior, including a new strong entry feature and a rooftop deck, and renovate of the expanded main lobby.
The new multi-functional space includes stadium style seating, casual meeting areas, phone booths, and bold graphics. Employees can enjoy an expansive outdoor dining area with a bar and a new large fitness and workout area.
Integrated contemporary amenities, along with bright, inviting communal spaces add value and help attract top talent in the competitive technology market.
