The existing Paulding County Adult Detention Facility was operating at capacity, causing overcrowding of inmates. In order to relive the current conditions at the Adult Detention Center, Paulding County updated their Needs Assessment and Master Plan for their inmate population growth. NELSON, along with TreanorHL, was selected to provide architectural design and engineering services for the new Paulding County Adult Detention Center.
