We were selected to provide design services for the restack of multiple floors. The client wanted to increase interaction and collaboration among their employees and accommodate the cultural shift to an increasingly digital workplace. One of the client’s biggest concerns was being able to compete with the local technology companies for top talent. Our design team worked with the client to shift to free address seating with a hosted virtual desktop. We created more varied informal areas adjacent to the work stations to give employees more choice, fostering collaboration and connection with strategic pathways throughout the space.
