Bethesda East ED Renovations
Bethesda Hospital is transforming its East Emergency Department into a state-of-the-art facility through a significant modernization initiative by Baptist Health. This project aims to meet the growing community needs and enhance the hospital's emergency care capacity. Spanning 27,000 square feet, the modernization is being executed in three phases, focusing on creating a first-class emergency department that supports a compassionate, patient-focused approach. Our team has been involved since 2021, providing master planning, medical planning, architecture, interior design, wayfinding and signage, FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and artwork.
Expected to be completed in 2026, this project will elevate Bethesda Hospital's ability to deliver high-quality, multi-disciplinary care. The modernization will support the hospital's dedicated team of emergency-trained physicians, specialists, and nurses, ensuring they can provide exceptional care to their patients. This comprehensive upgrade is set to significantly improve the hospital’s infrastructure, aligning with its commitment to excellence in emergency medicine.
