VMSD: KFC Opens in The Bronx

KFC made its urban home in New York’s Bronx with a new design reflecting the location’s vibrant and fast-paced atmosphere. The Louisville, Ky.-based restaurant teamed up with FRCH NELSON (Cincinnati) to create a “playful juxtaposition” between southern hospitality and the hustle and bustle of the Big Apple. OfficeLovin’: A Look Inside Polaris’ New Medina Office

Welcoming guests and employees is a new architectural expansion equipped with a visitor entrance and security desk. NELSON’s additions to the existing atrium included matching the glazing and roof structure for a cohesive design between old and new. With increased vendor conferencing in a central location, employees can now meet and greet their guests nearby the product showroom.

Open, collaborative spaces are included throughout the lobby for employees and their guests to kick the tires with intermittent meeting spaces from end to end. A separate employee entrance enters this space creating a more efficient circulation for day-to-day workers. Read more here

This 193-key boutique hotel in Fayetteville, Georgia, occupies a 135,000-square-foot site and features a signature restaurant, a rooftop bar, and over 17,000 square feet of event spaces, including a culinary studio. Trilith Guesthouse offers an immersive experience with subtle storytelling elements throughout, ensuring each visit feels like a new adventure.
