Prologis Park Tacoma, the first logistics facility in the U.S. to become WELL certified, has a campus-like feel with complementary styled buildings and a consistent park-inspired paint scheme, monument and directional signage. The project is set around 40-foot-wide private streets that include park street lighting, in close proximity to all the amenities a city has to offer. The building is a Class A facility with skylights and LED lighting providing an exceptionally bright and fresh place in which to work.
