NELSON provided architectural design services for a 479,000 SF ground distribution facility on an 80.8-acre site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The project includes 14,240 SF of office and employee support areas, a future mezzanine expansion, 190 exterior loading positions, and 17 drive-in doors. An accessory 7,688 SF Vehicle Maintenance Garage with two truck service bays and support spaces was also completed.
