The County commissioned NELSON to design a new replacement County Administration building to address the outdated and obsolete existing facility. A 104,000-SF 3-floor Administration building was programmed and design by our team to be constructed adjacent to their existing County structures. Since parking was challenging to accomplish with the other structures on the campus; therefore, there was a need to design a 5-level parking deck at 104,396-SF for 308 spaces to accomplish the parking needs for the county’s campus.
