Located in the upscale suburb of Cleveland, this two-story multi-suite renovation focused on reimagining the workplace for a growing team. The project involved both full gut renovations and strategic refreshes, tailored to maximize impact while being mindful of budget.
Working closely with the client, we evaluated space usage across both floors to align with evolving workplace needs. The result is a more flexible, multi-use environment that supports a hybrid workforce—providing dedicated areas for on-site employees as well as comfortable, functional spaces for visiting team members.
