NELSON worked with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to renovate its four-story, 130,000 SF Atlanta Regional Office. The VA identified two separate, but not unrelated priorities for this project: creating a a modern, collaborative workspace for staff as well as a welcoming, supportive environment for veterans. In addition to Interior Design, services include an option for Environmental Graphic Design (wayfinding and/or branding). The project went floor-by-floor and was a renovation in place, restacking each floor.
